Role mission: Transform employee data into insights for strategic HR decision-making.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect and structure data from various sources ensuring its quality and confidentiality.
• Design dashboards in Power BI to visualize KPIs in real-time.
• Prepare executive reports and collaborate in defining the area’s OKRs.

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Administration, Psychology, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis in HR or consulting.
• Expert handling of Power BI and advanced Excel skills.

Work mode: On-site

Contract duration: 3 months
